For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

On a walking tour of Yangon, see examples of the city’s best colonial architecture, wander the backstreets of the downtown area, and end the day at the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, Yangon’s crowning glory.

Take an early morning flight to Mandalay. Spend a full day exploring the city with visits to the Jade Market, Royal Palace, Golden Palace Monastery, and Kuthodaw Pagoda, home to ‘The World’s Largest Book’.

- Day 4: U Bein Bridge

At Sagaing, visit a local nunnery and contribute food at the daily alms offering before joining the nuns for a delicious home-cooked lunch. Enjoy an excursion to U Bein Bridge – a 200-year-old teak bridge that spans over 1.2 kilometers and offers fabulous views of the surrounding farmlands and streams.

Relax with a full day cruise on the Irrawaddy and observe life along the river.

Enjoy a delicious noodle breakfast at a local teahouse before discovering some of Bagan’s most important monuments such as Shwezigon Pagoda and famous Ananda Temple. In the afternoon, visit Minnathu village filled with friendly locals and a blacksmith who still makes everything by hand. Continue to 12th century Dhammayazika Paya temple and stop at a workshop or two to see how local handicrafts are made before enjoying a stunning sunset view of Bagan’s monuments.

- Day 7: Bagan to Inle Lake

Fly to Heho and drive to Pindaya to visit a bee-keeping project that empowers vulnerable people. Continue to Nyaung Shwe and board a local boat to start your exploration of the waterways of Inle Lake. See fishermen famous for their curious ‘leg-rowing’ technique and lush ‘floating gardens’. Stop at a few handicraft villages before gliding up to your lakeside hotel where you have a free evening to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Inle Lake.

Visit the region’s morning market, which rotates its location around the lake’s villages in a five-day rhythm, and is visited by people from surrounding villages and hilltribes. Continue to Intha Heritage House and later, cruise to In Dein village to explore the ancient stupas of Nyaung Ohak and Shwe Inn Thein Paya.
