Located 150km from Vientiane, Vang Vieng is a pretty town which is covered by forests. Therefore, the place is known as quiet, peaceful and fresh atmosphere. If you want to swim in the lake, you have to move to viaduct area where visitors allowed bathing, swimming. Alternatively, you can take relaxing on the forest trail leads around.
Pha That Luang
Pha That Luang which is the name of a massive gilded stupa in beautiful Vientiane is also an important and great pride for the “Million elephant country” people. The stupa is built on an old Khmer temple in the 16th century. Kuang Si Waterfall
Kuang Si is a complex of three waterfalls, which cascade height of 60m with the water pouring down from above as white foaming, blinding spray created a dramatic scene. Kuang Si Waterfall is one of the famous destinations in the beautiful country; therefore, tourists do not only enjoy natural beauty but also swim and climb in the waterfall. When standing Kuang Si waterfall, tourists soak up birdsong and the sound of the waterfall as a wonderful harmony which makes happier and lift the spirit of tourists.
Tham Khoun Xe Cave
Tham Khoun Xe or Xe Bang Fai is a large cave in Khammouane of the central of Laos. The cave is explored by France explorers team in 1905.
According to the report of explorers, Tham Khoun Xe is an underground of Xe Bang Fai Rive. The cave is the biggest river-cave in the world with huge caves 120m high, 200m wide and many geological impressive. In the cave, there is a good green forests thrive at the entrance to the cave, the forest green color contrasts with white, orange strips of terraces, creating a unique array of colors, exquisite on the limestone walls.
